When times are trying picture yourself where you want to be. Power of the mind is one of your strongest healing tools.

Here to help : (After you see your GP) -

Chemists - great with advice, know what products are right for you.

Naturopaths - can assess and help put you on the right path.

Health Food Stores - staff can offer help in recovery and advice on how to rebalance what your body might be lacking.

Your body tells you in symptoms what you are lacking.

Never panic

Stay Focussed

Be patient with yourself.

Most important of all - never give up.

If you don't agree with your diagnosis get a second opinion.

If you are not finding the right help just keep trying till you find someone who is right for you.

Not everyone is trained in this area.

Doctors join the profession to help people - tell them what you need. If not satisfied, find a Doctor who will listen to you or ask for a referral to see someone. Don't stop there. You went to them for a reason.

Don't sit back and wait, make it happen.

Don't wait till it is too late.

It is your body, your health and you are worth it.

Everything in moderation esp. vitamins.

Just remember, when one door closes, another one opens.

This is one place where the door will never close.

Our Forum is Free. Anyone who wants to join is more than welcome.
